Warner Bros . VS. S. Victor Whitmill

Victor Whitmill is filing for a copyright lawsuit against Warner Bros. for the tattoo her created for Mike Tyson. U.S. District Court Judge Catherine D. Perry says she will consider a request for a permanent injunction which could stop the movies distribution.

 When Tyson got the tattoo he gave the artist all rights to it and the artist is saying he never gave warner bros permission to use it.
